How many weddings a year do you take?
We will close off our calendar at 20 weddings. We prefer to provide exceptional service and a personal experience for each wedding couple, which means we choose not to accept multiple back-to-back weddings per weekend. By doing this, we are not limiting ourselves, rather we are allowing ourselves to fully commit to each and every client we have. This makes our calendar book up even FASTER!
How do travel fees work?
Because I LOVE to travel, I make it really easy on my couples to take me with them for their wedding- all you're responsible for are flights and hotel! I take care of everything else.
Do you have Insurance?
YES! and we are more than happy to provide a certification of insurance to your venue upon request.
How do I book my date? what is the payment schedule?
We require a signed contract and a 50% retainer to secure your date. All of this can be done conveniently online. We accept check, and all credit/debit cards for your retainer. Your remaining balance must be paid 1 month before your date by check only.
What’s a “first look” and do I need one?
A first look is simply a choice to see each other before the ceremony, and have the flexibility and freedom to take all of your wedding party and/or family photos ahead of time. We highly encourage a first look if your ceremony and reception are taking place at the same venue. This will allow you more time for your important photos, and to enjoy your cocktail hour with your guests. If you have a good amount of time between your ceremony and reception, this is not necessary.
Do you take engagement photos?
Absolutely! In fact, an engagement session is one of the biggest recommendations we want you to consider when hiring your wedding photographer. This is the time to start building the relationship with your photographer, learn about the process, become comfortable in front of the camera and with your photographer, and know what to expect for your wedding day.
